Prices and quotes provided via email are provisional and can be subject to change. This is due to fluctuations in material costs, production expenses and potential shipping variations.

Invoices are honored for 30 days, after which, any changes in material costs, production or postage and packaging, will be applied if necessary.

Production of items commences upon receipt of full payment for the corresponding invoice. Customers are responsible for confirming the accuracy of cost and quantity details on invoices, acknowledging the possibility of human error during the quoting/invoicing process.

Once payment for an invoice is received, production of the stated products will then begin.
