BritCheerApparel®– Terms and Conditions

Design Ownership:

BritCheerApparel® reserves ownership rights to ALL designs created for it’s customers. Any unauthorised replication of these designs is strictly prohibited, unless given written permission from BritCheerApparel®.

In the case of any design only orders, BritCheerApparel® reserves the right to withhold artwork files until the design fee is settled in full.

Pricing and Quotes:

Prices and quotes provided via email are provisional and can be subject to change.

This is due to fluctuations in material costs, production expenses and potential shipping variations.

Invoices are honored for 30 days, after which, any changes in material costs, production or postage and packaging, will be applied if necessary.

Team Orders:

Production of items commences upon receipt of full payment for the corresponding invoice. Customers are responsible for confirming the accuracy of cost and quantity details on invoices, acknowledging the possibility of human error during the quoting/invoicing process.

Once payment for an invoice is received, production of the stated products will then begin. Please note, delay in payments may have a knock on effect to your production time.
